Description: The Faculty of Music at WLU finishes up the Centennial Celebrations with a flourish in a weekend of music featuring star alumna, soprano Jane Archibald (Vienna State Opera, La Scala Milan, Paris Opera, Metropolitan Opera, Berlin Philharmonic and many others). Friday’s Opera Gala features Jane Archibald and friends with members of the WLU choirs, orchestra, and opera programs at the beautifully restored Sanderson Centre in Brantford. Saturday’s concert sees Jane Archibald alongside the WLU orchestra, conducted by Paul Pulford, and Sunday afternoon features the WLU Wind Ensemble under the direction of Jessica Kun.
